Scott Spiro, Chairman and CEO of American Asset Sales LLC founded the company in 1999 after successfully selling his family’s apparel company Santana LTD. At Santana Scott was responsible for building the company from a small family run sweater manufacturer to become the leading brand in young men’s apparel in the 90’s. Sales topped out at $65m when the company was bought out by international conglomerate Li & Fung of Hong Kong.
In 1999 American Asset Sales, under Scott’s direction, began working for the various financial institutions who had supported Santana’s growth. In various capacities, AAS helped the banks restructure their apparel clients for successful sale, public offerings, or downsizing.
In addition, there was a demand for direction in sale growth counseling. AAS opened a sales development division that has grown to a substantial business, representing some of the most renowned and successful brands worldwide.
Scott is a graduate of Lehigh University. He began his career at Irving Trust Company’s work out and restructuring division.
Scott is available for speaking engagements where he engages audiences in three main programs:

2. Advanced Facetime: How to be your best each day
3. The Mathematics of Sales: Understanding your customer, supplier, and marketplace metrics and how to use them.
